Quick update for all my friends who love Jon Jonsson.

He has left the country. Just called up his agency, however, we're looking at the possibility of flying him back for our event.

Whoo, gonna be skipping first week of school (the introductory lectures) cause I have 2 events during that week itself.

One's my own event, and the other is a massive event. Can't wait for that week to come. Very busy now, finding talents, calling modelling agencies for castings. Yayness anus.

Just found out the rates for personalities like Leslie Kwok, Jon Jonsson, Vanessa Mae, Michael Buble blah blah. It's really amazing how much these people command. Anybody remembers Lauretta Alaabons? She sounds real sexy on the phone, haha.

Alright, gtg off now. I miss plastics!! Take care you guys.

PS: It's PAYDAY! Time for some solid shopping

Scarcity brings about competition and competition eventually brings happiness.

Just a random thought there, about how we can replicate many things that are gone but not the feelings or emotions involved with it. I can think up of many examples, many lost feelings that I miss but will never be able to re-live them again.

That's the things with humans, we're constantly evolving (or so we like to believe) and with that, we overlook many changes within us, our outlook, our feelings. Can be quite a pity but we should look forward, shouldn't we? No point looking back all the time. However, once in a while, it's appropriate to look back and reminisce about the old days, old emotions because that's what keeps you rooted to the grounds.

This week has been a pivotal one for me, with the sudden increase in workload thrown at me, and the many new things I'm experiencing at work. It's been very challenging and I'm learning alot more, really really appreciative of the many opportunities they're giving me. Had some problems handling the new scope of work, because previously I was not involved in events at such a level but managed to cope nonetheless. There have been a few issues at work this week too that's plaguing me and really got me down.

Last weekend was a crazy one, experienced alot of emotions I've not felt in awhile but I'm trying to put that behind me now. And, clubbing last night was CRAZY. For those in the know, thanks for letting me share it with you. I'm quite surprised myself by last night and it kept replaying in my head the whole of today. Was kinda disturbed but even more disturbed by how I enjoyed it and am planning the next time already.

Hope I dun get sucked into all of these and lose myself. I have this naggin feeling that there will be many more last nights to come. Oh well, I became a member of The Body Shop today, bought some hand moisturiser because my hand's been peeling. I miss some old friends.

One night stands really do leave you feeling more lonely than ever.

So, I log on and find some weird tag, sounding really sarcastic and ridiculous?!

Not that I'm gonna allow it to bother me, I will not get upset over something I don't even understand. Work's been busy so far, there appears to be quite a few events lined up and as usual, I'm sourcing for manpower. Those who are interested, do leave a tag eh? Will inform you if there's any suitable jobs (:

Today's meeting revealed that we might be working with CheeK, hmmm, that should be interesting. Ah well.

TGIF.

PS: Gossiping with Amran today was great fun, we were dishing the dirt on this certain someone we both kinda despeise of late, and its kinda disappointing but oh well, I guess we all have eyes to see for ourselves how people behave and if they choose to be that way, *shrugs* what can we do right? *nudge Morr*

Tonight, on the 10th of April, in the year 2005, I shall attempt to pen something different. Taking a step away from the usual entries that magnify my flaws for the world to see. Tonight, I shall write a feel good entry.

1) I dress well.
2) True, it's brands that I wear but you need flair too, you know? I know of people who can make brands look really salah.
3) I am intelligent.
4) I am capable, more so than many people older than me.
5) I am matured enough.
6) I started organising events since I was 17 and mind you, they were not pathetic events that nobody heard of. I've managed events that have seen thousands of people involved.
7) I am funny.
8) I am generous.
9) I am outgoing and outspoken.
10) I am a people person.

Ok, just 10 points for tonight to make myself feel better. Dear Friends, please tag and tell me how much you agree, I really need to feel better to gear up for the new week at work! More brainstorms, more events, more work to complete.

And, for my detractors, don't even bother tagging. There's absolutely nothing wrong with me writing a feel good entry about myself, I'm not boasting, there's a difference there.

So, work's beginning to get busy and I'm real tired. Thank God it's Sat today, got to sleep for 10 hours but I had a terrible nightmare which involved bloody bodies, lots of running (no, that's not why it was a nightmare) and a bit of tears.

Anyway, there have been a couple more events confirmed, been having quite a few brainstorms lately, gonna be having more next week thanks to the onslaught of events. Apparently, my boss wants me to be more involved in events so I think that's upsetting my cousin's girlfriend? Cause she's been there for like, 3 months and hasn't done much events stuff yet.

Oh well, attended my cousin's 21st birthday party yesterday and it was every event planner's worst nightmare. Pronto. It was the perfect example of how MY 21st birthday party SHOULD NOT be like.

My colleague has gotten me to emcee her wedding, on one hand, I'm damn excited about that, but on the other, it's quite worrying cause I haven't attended many weddings and I always thought the wedding emcee should be someone closer to both the bride and the groom. Oh well, she claims she has faith in me so I'll do my best. There's another colleague getting married and it's really fun cause everyone is everyone's official wedding planner (we're all event planners)

Hmm I want to shop BADLY, there's so many things at ZARA that I want, and Diesel and A/X. Sigh. And I wanna get myself a pair of specs!

Gala dinner last night was great, met a few ministers and basically lots of rich and important people in our society. All the CEOs of huge corporations dressed in snazzy clothes, if anything, last night only managed to inspire me further to be like them one day, having so many people attend to your needs- freshly squeezed orange juice IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES, personal chaueffer and security officers. Wow, that's really THE life man.

Anyway, met Andrea for dinner today, had Crystal Jade, met Gillian from Nokia. Andrea is SUCH a hot chick! Whoo, it's amazing. Haha I hope she meets someone worthy of her soon man.

Julian gave me part of my present today, it's a polo tee from Polo Raulph Lauren! I feel damn bad man, it's super ex la, and there's some more, he got me some other stuff too but they're with Meimei.

Alright, damn tired now. Have some work to clear as well.

There has been some people slamming my dreams and mocking me lately, and that really pisses me off big time because they mean alot to me. And people I'm close to should know that.

Been buying a lot of fashion and style magazines lately, am very into them now.

So it's the weekends once again, just caught Miss Singapore Universe, was quite a letdown in terms of production and content. I thought the hosting combination sucked, with Jaymee's irritating accent (no doubt she's hot) and Nadya's cold jokes (as cold as herself) and Gurmit was not his usual (must be the hair)

Thought the whole MarkLeeAhBeng stunt is so tried and tested, time for a change, Ch 5! And there were a few glitches here and there, plus the spliting into 3 groups was very American Idol, SO not for a beauty pageant.

Oops, the event planner in me is at work, haha.

Work has been good, with a few brainstorms lately for an upcoming HUGE event, and I'm glad to say I was responsible for coming up with the leading concept.

Shopping with Morr today was great (as always), bought 3 pairs of pants and a shirt from ProjectShopBloodBros and Andrea & James finally gave me the present. A tee from Armani Xchange, it's sooo nice! Love you two!

Colleagues gave me a treat last night at California Pizza Kitchen & NYDC as a belated birthday treat, good stuff.
